Hey all. I am in my mid-40s and wonder hHow do I know I have reached menopause?

    Fortunately - or unfortunately, however one looks at it - I have not reached menopause yet but I hear many women get hot flashes and vaginal dryness. Some cant sleep. There are a few cool apps currently being developed: Balance and Caria
