My friend is doing bioidentical hormone therapy. Does that really help?

    I have never heard of it. What exactly does it entail?

    Essentially they are artificial hormones, which work similarly to those produced by your body and used by people with low or unbalanced hormones. Sorry, I have no experience with them either but would be interested to hear stories of others.
