Any contraception alternatives to the pill?

I am so tired of the pill. I have been taking it since I was 15. Are there any alternative contraceptives that are less intrusive? Sure I am aware of condoms etc. but I wonder if there are any more modern ways to support natural contraception. Thank you!!

I have been taking the minipill these past months. It's a bit less intrusive in the sense that it is a progestin-only contraceptive. It is a bit annoying though as you have to take it at the same time everyday. It may end up being more risky. I have heard a lot about this tool for natural contraception https://www.naturalcycles.com but I have never really used it as it's not that cheap. Are there any women who could recommend it to me? Is it worth the money?

Absolutely, I am loving it. I had a hard time convincing my boyfriend to try it but we havent regretted it so far. That said, I have a very regular cycle. I am not sure if I would recommend it to any women with irregular bleeding.
