Empathy - Exchange - Experience

The female body has long been misunderstood and under researched. A woman's body changes monthly and fluctuates even more during pregnancy and menopause. No wonder women spend their whole lives discovering, learning and adjusting to their bodies. Yet, social stigma surrounding women's health prompts women to downplay their symptoms, delay treatments or suffer in silence due to shame or self-doubt. Equally, the stigma surrounding female sexuality affects girls and women of all ages and deters them from experiencing pleasure and feeling worthy of it.

Exchange and community: We urgently need an open and unapologetic conversation on female health, well-being and sexuality! Our platform facilitates the exchange of personal experiences and tips among women.

Empathy and compassion: Femfam is a place of understanding, empowerment, and healing without the fear of stigmatisation. Let's support each other on our individual health journeys! Let us celebrate our womanhood and sexuality!

Experience and expertise: We encourage women to take ownership of their health, well-being and pleasure by learning about their bodies, connecting with their senses, feelings and emotions.
